The Tempelhof Museum is a vibrant Berlin regional museum for all generations. It is dedicated to researching and engagingly presenting the history of Tempelhof and its districts of Alt-Tempelhof, Alt-Mariendorf, Marienfelde, and Lichtenrade. The Tempelhof Museum is located in a former school building on the former village green of Alt-Mariendorf. Here, you can see the permanent historical exhibition "Between Fields and Factories – Places, People, Stories." In addition, there are changing exhibitions and activities on local history – both in the museum itself and "on site," in the surrounding urban space. The Tempelhof Museum is an institution of the Berlin district of Tempelhof-Schöneberg. It aims to encourage visitors of all ages and backgrounds to actively engage with the history of Tempelhof and to explore its traces in their own neighborhoods.
