The Affordable Art Fair was founded in 1999 by London gallerist Will Ramsay. It now takes place in 15 major cities across four continents. The Affordable Art Fair has since then expanded to 16 global cities and now attracts nearly 280,000 visitors annually. Offering a diverse selection of affordable contemporary art, the fairs create an interactive environment featuring workshops, performances, and talks designed to foster a love for art. Over 3.5 million visitors have attended, purchasing more than 640,000 pieces of art since its inception. Part of the Ramsay Fairs Group, the organization also emphasizes environmental sustainability through its active participation in the Gallery Climate Coalition.
